Rothamsted Avenue

Designed by Kylie at her former practice EHW, from the start this project had a specific client requirement to follow a traditional architectural form making use of contemporary features. The traditional form was also heavily influenced by the site’s location within a Conservation Area.

The scheme includes a modernist style art gallery within the gardens of the property. Services included pre and post contract, contract administration, internal and external design detailing, including design of the bespoke frameless glass and walnut staircase.
